How much did you pay in the end if you don't mind sharing?

Final Chapter
Here is the final chapter in my Atlantis Metallic F80 M3 sales story:
The initial buyer agreed to $75,000 on 4-5-19, and I was waiting for him to acquire the loan, but it was taking months longer than anticipated, so a second buyer showed up, and agreed to purchase immediately for $86,000 in October of 2019. So, although I made the big mistake of ordering two M3s that I tried to sell quickly (there won't be a third), I am grateful for not making the mistake of following the horrible advice given by many in this forum which would have cost me $20k of my money for a quick sale to someone seeking a bargain. I knew this car would sell for a premium (at least $75k) because of the color and very low miles, especially given the F80 was no longer being produced, and that is exactly what happened. In fact, this same scenario occurred in the midst of selling my LSB F80 as well, when two people became interested in a color and equipment combination they could not find elsewhere, and I was able to sell for more than anyone expected ($70k). Patience pays off, as does ignoring ignorant forum trolls. If I were trying to sell a standard color car or one without popular equipment, then there is no way I could demand a premium, but that was not my situation with this car, and I acted accordingly. I bought both F80s in good faith, planning to keep them long term, but OCD can be a beast and now I know my limits, so no more car buying mistakes for me. The M3 actually ended up selling for more than I paid new, but after sales tax, there was around a $4k loss. That is obviously the best I could have hoped for. The buyer is a super nice BMW enthusiast, so it went to a great home. Thanks to everyone who was supportive throughout this journey!

^^ ALWAYS ignore what people tell you and do your own research.
Just in the last 6 months alone I’ve sold multiple sets of wheels for my Audi and BMW as well as my E46 M3 ZCP for a fair value based on my research but leaps and bounds higher than what people/trolls were saying. When I listed my 2 owner 53K mile Imola Red E46 ZCP for $38,500 I had people asking what I was smoking (with another group of people coming to my defense). Ended up selling for $38K without my exhaust so basically asking price and had multiple buyers lined up (within 3 weeks of posting). Glad it worked out for you as well
