Vittel in a modified Cayman GTS vs a modified M4

This is a fun video.. I love pov hard core driving videos and this is no exception

Despite his last few races (not his best performances), Im still a fan of this guy.. Always perfect line, although he can get too impatient as witnessed in his last F1 race.

The m4 and the cayman(and as importantly each driver) did well against each other.. I know its not a real race, but the cars seemed pretty well matched. I own an m4 Zcp, almost bought a cayman gts and often still wish I had (despite loving the m4)

Great video! The cars did exactly how they were designed to perform! GTS caught up and kept up in the turns, and the M4 took off when things opened up. The GT4 is still my attainable dream car, and I even wanted to get rid of my M3 CS for a Cayman S for a while (and still might). I would love a GTS as well. What great machines!

Nice vid and nice driving.

Mod list below posted from the vid caption. Note Dunlop Direzza street tires on the m4, and cayman is prepped with competition suspension from factory racing team 51% owned by Porsche and is using Trofeo R tires.

Always amazing to see great driver maximizing momentum/grip advantage/aero support to make up for power difference.

good fast lap in the morning with not so much traffic chasing this fast BMW M4 with some race spec.
Track was still a bit wet (humidity) on some part so we keeped a bit of margin.

I’m embarrassed to say I realized that after I made the post. I seem to be a fountain of misinformation.

He appears to enjoy quite a bit of time at the ring and other tracks and has owned or owns many very cool cars. His drive through a very narrow winding mountain road in Switzerland is epic I enjoy his videos. Actually I love POV race and other high speed fun road videos. I’m jealous
