Blimey, so THAT's what it looks and sounds like...

So on the way back home with kids on scooters this afternoon. Knew wife was off out but expected she'd take her car as weather gorgeous.

Anyway, walking along and hear something fruity. A few seconds later my car appears with wife at wheel. Blimey it doesn't half look menacing with splitter, lowered and wheels filling arches and actually first time I've really noticed the LED's difference.

Chuckled at pops as it slowed for junction - someone's not driving in efficient.

Now I know what others are seeing from the outside - doesn't half look good (okay, a bit biased!)

It's always nice to see and hear your car, as you never normally get to see the car as others do.

Sounds great guy. You need to get the drone out again, record some remote footage and sounds.

Sounds mean! What have you modified on the OEM exhaust?

And wow your rear arches get close to the tyres under load!

Here you go. I take the actual figures with a bit of dose of salt but there's no questioning the increase.

I thought they were great. John and Mike really seem to know their stuff and obviously having run their own F80, they've had plenty of time to refine things. Was hugely impressed with their attitude, not to get the ultimate, but to keep things realistic for longetivity. Couldn't recommend them more.

So the killer question is what's the traction like with all that extra torque?? Are your launches noticeably quicker or is wheel spin taking over? Is MDM now giving you that extra slip you've been after? Or does it kick in sooner and kill all the power still?

So the primary cats have been taken off and Paul modded the central silencer and back box.

Rear arches amazingly clear fine (bit tardis like under the arches). I'd happily make the rear higher but I can't - it's as close to top of the thread as possible. So that's as high as it will go!!

Wow those sound like pretty permanent mods!?

Top of what thread? Have you replaced the CP suspension for coilovers?

MDM still a party pooper - extra power hasn't helped. MDM will slap you on the wrist in 2nd. Car is way way quicker with DSC off but you need to have your wits about you. 3rd is just monstrously quicker now. You remember that straight round back of Sandringham in that M4 when you booted in 3rd and you said it was more like your M5? That's what I'm talking about.

Show boating all well and good but in all honesty 3rd takes you from 40 odd to 3 figures so damn quick now you don't really need to use 2nd.

Would be nice if MDM gave you just a little bit more to play with - working on that.

Bloody hell Guy, I thought the CP suspension is meant to be super sorted! How'd you manage to be dissatisfied with it?
