Is this 2017 M4 convertible a former BMW driving school car?
Hey looking into this pre-owned 2 owner M4 vert with all options & CCB, can anyone tell from the carfax that this is a driving school car?
The dealer called me yesterday and said it has less than 5k miles and rated 6mm for front tire & 5mm for rear tire on the Michlein Sport cup 2 tires. HOw long do these tires last? How can you tell if the car is from a driving school? |

Are you sure he said it is on Cup tires? Those things only last about 5k miles and most people only put them on if they do track events.
Also, I'm not sure the PCD uses convertibles.

I don’t think they use convertibles at the driving school. It was also registered as a personal lease originally. The PDC cars are registered as corporate vehicles.

This is what cpo tech who called me back said it was Sport cup 2 tires. I would think the car is CPO from BMW, they would replace the tires?

I have leased 5 BMW convertibles, recently a M4 F83 ZCP and ED/PCD 3 of then. Every time I was in a coupe at the PCD. No convertibles at the PC due to the liability risk.
