M4 side skirt/rocker panel question

Just wondering if anyone can give me a little guidance. I have a 2016 M4 and i am trying to remove the factory black side skirts/rocker blades.. or whatever the technical term is for them. I do not have a lift in my garage so i am trying by best to figure out how to get them off with limited access. I see push pins but after removing these the piece is still solid and wont budge. Does anyone know does the factory use double stick mounting tape as well or are there some screws or mounting hardware i am missing that i cant see, that's still holding these on. Please don't give me a hard time for asking such a generic questions guys, i just want p get them off for reasons and not break them. Thank in advance for your help!

Probably has VHB tape as well as screws.
Grab some fishing like and run it across the bottom between the panel and skirt.

You can also use a plastic pry tool and wedge it in between slightly. You should be able to see the adhesive.

Hopefully they didn’t glue it on with Betalink

If it’s the factory blade, the adhesive channel will look like so. Zoom in to see.
