No Love for Innotech IPE titanium exhaust

Been searching through the threads and it seems as if there is no love for the IPE exhaust. Everyone seems to be favoring MPE, Akra, AWE systems.

Imo it has a higher pitch and sounds very exotic. Kinda like a speed bike. Any forum members have the install on their car? Are people running stock DP because the system is loud enough already.

Looking for some feedback

I was wondering when someone would talk about this here.. I'm pretty sure the Titanium version of the IPE for f8x is really new? I remember JUST seeing a video for it on youtube a few weeks ago maybe..
Would love to see/hear some actual people with this exhaust because the non titanium version sounds insane..

I'm pretty sure Sam from mode carbon and also ymb_F80 aka victor both had Ipe. Sounds insane.

@Sam@modecarbon had the IPE resonated if I'm not mistaken. I heard it in person and i thought it sounded good, hopefully Sam can chime in. I have also heard the non resonated version and that one to my taste sounds to raspy. Even worse with aftermarket downpipes.

iPE is extremely loud. I been around YMB_F80 car long enough to know this. Don't stand behind Victor's car unless you want to be deaf.

His is non-resonated, the resonated system is much cleaner in terms of the tone and "rasp".

I think you would be happy with the resonated even! (without catless dps, ofcourse).

This exhaust sounds good, would like to see some pics. I like how the MPE, Akrapovic, and AWE hide away, don't like it when you can see the droopy ass poking out like the stock system.

I've had iPe on for 16+ months now and it is the best exhaust I have installed on any car (mind you, I have been through some cars).

I get a lot of compliments from other car enthusiasts but I also get a lot of strange looks from those no so enthusiastic people when the valves are fully open.

Only problem I have is the black exhaust tips show some rust spots in the inner portion from time to time. It appears that they have changed the black tips a bit from when I purchased it a while back. Trying to get the newer tips but haven't been responded to by their US dealer.

I am thinking between IPE vs Fi exhaust systems, Any recommendation? Does it have any droning sound in the car with either of the exhaust.

Also does the IPE system sound any different with stainless vs titanium pipes? I wanted to ask if anyone has heard anyone of them.

Titanium tends to have a little bit of a higher pitch and rasp because of how it resonates

Is it worth the price difference? Do you carry the brand, if yes, what is the price for IPE? for both stainless and Titanium.

Yeah but that’s not a fair comparison. The GT3 sounds amazing stock, whereas the M3 sounds like shit, no I’m not sure if you can just extrapolate that the IPE (or any exhaust for that matter) would sound good on an M3.

I had an IPE on my E9X for 1 day then pulled it off. Waaaaaaay too loud for my liking. Went back to Akra and never looked back.
