Hey all, why was the design of the exhaust changed? Any sound difference?

With the old design the flapped part of the exhaust was completely free flow. Now it's driven through the muffler. Does it change the brutal sound of the previous design?

The design is changed due to some restrictions. In some countries, they require all exhaust gas going through the muffler.

For the new design, valves open sound does not change. They are still straight pipes, but just invisible since they are now inside the muffler.
