When I had my valve replaced, I submitted feedback via their website, explaining my issue. The automotive division manager from Akrapovic America sent me an email. Whole process took a month or so, until I had a replacement valve. Try that... technically you should go thru the place you bought it, but that was adding unnecessary delays.
