Speed limit information seen on dash/head up display

So, I contacted Genius online regarding this and other questions. After supplying my VIN they were able to tell me that they can retrofit this, but it will be done via software and not by adding/replacing one of the cameras. Thus, it might not be as accurate as the solution that is available in the current cars. There would be a cost and they are contacting my local dealership to find out how much. Will update when I find out.

I have a quote so PM me if interested. I am not sure if I will go ahead with it, as my M3 30J is not my daily drive, but having had that on my rented Opel rented for 3 weeks jaunting across Europe a few months ago, it was fantastic.....especially when travelling on roads you are not familiar with.

Sure. I have a 2016 M3 30 jahre LCI. Late 2016 Built and 07/2017 complied.

I have a similar build.

Hit up Shawn Sheridan on the forum - mine was done remotely.

Took 10 mins

The dealer will often BS about what needs to be done.

Finally got a quote over the phone. I didn't get a total cost since I stopped the conversation when the software part alone was $805.

Mate hit up Shawn Sheridan on the forum. He will link you with the correct guy. Mine was less than half that - much cheaper.
