See two posts above. The M2 4.1 is 0-60mph, not 0-100km/h.

wheels are HUGE disappointment; price is fair--especially if you're leasing. Still, could they have found uglier wheels???

I'm not sure why people are so hung up on the wheels. There's a high chance the base 19s will be optional like they are on the M5/6 CP.

This is by FAR the most comprehensive CP there ever was. Is anyone here going to bust out their laptop and try to code their e-diff? As far as I'm concerned, if the CP helps the M3/4 put the power down better as well as handle better, they can put whatever wheels they want on there, and I'll deal with that "issue" later.

You guys do know that wheels come off with 5 bolts right?

Well considering a set of HRE cost like $14000 now Im sure people were just hoping for an updated wheel they actually wanted to keep like the 359s.

As a side question. Without it actually lowering the car enough to look good how many of you would leave this suspension stock? Im guessing a lot of people would still be installing Springs/Coils.

The e-diff settings should be able to be retrofitted by someone...

Well I was thinking more in the lines of getting the OEM 19s. That shouldn't be difficult, there are so many sets for sale. None of the OEM wheels do it for me 100%, regardless of which style it is, but I could live with the ZCP ones I think.

Personally, I'm leaning on leaving the car bone stock, even the ride height. Maybe some spacers would help. Worst comes to worst, I go with Swift springs.

But I definitely have 0 desire to play with tuning and sways bars. And if I don't have to mess with the exhaust at all, that would be a huge plus as well as the M tax is real on mufflers.

I say that now, but we all know that's subject to change haha

Does anyone know if the power bump is the result of a software change or is it just essentially a correction of the stock numbers? If it is just software, then it would be inexcusable for them not to offer it as a retrofit in some way shape or form.

The stock numbers don't need correction.

IMO, the power bump only comes from software tweaks that allow more boost. There is an actual power increase (~4.4%) as BMW is quoting better acceleration numbers for the CP cars.

Our 19" tires at the moment are Z rated. Sorry for the newbie question or if I am misreading it, but the 20" tires are R rated (upto 106mph). What gives CanAutM3 ?

In the standard xxx/xx Rxx designation, the "R" means radial tire. It has nothing to do with the speed rating.

The speed rating letter is shown right after the load rating number. For example PSS in 275/35R19 100Y.

The "R" in front of the 20 means that the number following the "R" is the diameter of the wheels (ie. 20 inches). You'll notice this sequence of numbers on every tire: xxx/xx Rxx
