I would not consider it a complete custom tune since they dont look at datalog, but they will do the changes based on your request whether its more/less power, or any setting.

That same argument is used against remote custom tuning by dyno tuners. They say since the car is not on a dyno , its not a full custom tune.

AA either offers a custom tune or they don't, so which one is it? There's no need to point the finger back to another member if you're going to quote someone with a response of your own.
