Honestly, I don't know much about TPMS retrofit in Canadian cars, except I know what needs to be coded when I looked it at it few years ago. I do not have TPMS retrofit in my car and don't really care about it as I check my tire pressure weekly. You can read and learn about the various systems in our cars using ISTA. Google to get it, GL.

TPMS Retrofit coding available

I've just copied this from another site without knowing what it means. YMMV!
I just wanted to confirm this is totally doable, I have done TPMS retrofit on 2 F15s, a F22 and a F82. You only need the 4 TPMS sensors installed on the wheels, code as quoted before, and then reset the tire pressure on iDrive menu, then go for a 5-10 minute run with a speed above 40mph.

You can download the pdf instructions linked below, but do it in reverse:

I used E-sys b/c I wanted to do the full VO code retrofit (so it shows up when you scan the car for options)

Suppose, the full FDL changes can be found here https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...4&postcount=72

About the part number, there are many that works, I just got a set from the forum (from the US) so not sure if I can help you there...sorry!

Anyone in Toronto able to do this VO code of 2VB for me?
I just got a set of sensors installed in my F15 and thought I could code this using Bimmercode but it doesn’t have the correct coding options, not even in expert mode..

Not sure where you’re currently at with this…

I have a 2019 CS and I went with aftermarket tpms on my new set of wheels.

What I have done is I copied the TPMS code that were on the OEM set of wheels onto the new TPMS (non-OEM). I believe each of the 4 wheels has a specific code. It ended up working fine for my car.

Or alternatively, you could have it completed deleted so it doesn’t give you a TPMS malfunction warning every single time.
