F83 - VRSF High Flow Upgraded Air Intake Kit - Question

For my F83 owners out there, was wondering why this kit would not be compatible with our cars but are compatible with:

2014 – 2018 F80/F82 BMW M3 & M4
2017 – 2018 F80/F82 BMW M4 GTS
2018+ F82 BMW M2 Competition (S55 Only)

Are our engine bays different than F82s? The VRSF downpipes seems to be compatible with the F83s but not the intakes?

Thank you so much! I even reached out to their support and they said it's not compatible. I'm assuming they just went off of what it said on the website vs. actually knowing if it would fit the car or not.

Ya they're just reading off their website. All the f8x engine parts are the same
