I think the 103s are slightly less.
Do you happen to have any suggestions as to some rims in this style that is not 4K a rim?

I'm all ears.

Vorsteiner VFF 103 are good for their price.

They are roughly as heavy as OEMs in the same wheel size, they are within 1 lbs in weight to the OEMs. I remember this because I had them weighted when I was curious and waiting around at eAs.

Yeah, don't do CI-R. They are too heavy.

They're only offered in black and gold, not sure I want black since they kinda makes everything disappear. Gold scares me because I'm scared it'll look silly.

Still no buckteeth spotted up here in Seattle. I saw a gaping black maw approaching in the commuter lane, but it was an A3. No G8x at the HPDE at The Ridge last Saturday, none today on a 5 hour drive from Seattle to Rockaway Beach OR. I did spot my first C8, and a nice Gt350 and some Lamborghini. Where are they hiding?

It's really bad like that here too. We respond to multiple homeless encampment fires a week.

Had a good walk around an all black G80. Will say it complements the front end by turning into a sort of amorphous black hole, so it's the color you'd have.

But it has the same effect on the sides and back of the car. If you actually like some of those aggressive features (I do), it detracts from them. Can't win.

260+ 991 GT3's on the market this a.m., more than 2x G8X listings. might be about time for some of you to start submitting the reasonable offers you've been sitting on.

That's a lot of sitting GT3s...and over 50 RS models. I didn't even know production was large enough to suggest that many would be for sale at any one time. Really wonder how they'll hold. If they collapse I might go for one.

By example...there's a white certified 2015 PDK/couches in Plano for $148k...apparently 8 previous owners...EIGHT! The most recent had it for a month. Then theres another white one with 11k miles in MN for $117.5k...rebuilt title due to accident...probably track crash?

Would anyone like to buy a tulip bulb?

Pdk is nice but want to row my own gears w/a 9k rev limiter unless of course if it’s a track duty car.

It's the great 991 cashout! Interestingly, sell prices have remained very high for good copies despite the glut of supply and the release of the 992 version

I have a paint-to-sample GT3 touring that some say can fetch $80k over MSRP if I sold it. I don't really want to try to find out…

They produced more 991 GT3s than any other 911 911 model. Also, the market went nuts in the least year so many people are posting ridiculous pricing to see if anyone bites, if they don't sell they aren't worried. Of those 260 I guarantee at least a 100 are sold already and the listing hasn't been taken down.

The prices I think will settle in the next year or so, but not at pre-COVID levels. I'd say a GT3 that was $95k pre covid will settle at $115k post, not $140k.

One other thing is that the 10 year warranty on the 2014s and 2015s expire real soon, so I bet many people are trying to move their cars before the warranty expires.

992s are having 1-2 year waitlists right now.

Your touring would 100% sell that much over MSRP. Just look at BAT, and the recent sales threads on Rennlist.

I think you may be surprised with reasonable offers near-term. That's a lot of downward market pressure. Get a good example .1 in the 130's now.

No indication of that being the case in my area, they're real and sitting around. The Mannheim data to support the inventory is out there. Dealers were buying substantial inventory at inflated prices over the past many months.

Good point about dealers. My apologies, I meant the private sellers. When I was shopping hard for 991 GT3s every private seller had sold but the listing was still up. Not the same case for dealer listings, so good point.

to add on i think alot of the GT3s for sale are just guys who are not 'needing' to sell right now. They are just looking to make a quick buck. they will sit on their car rather than take a loss.

not sure where prices will go. Dealers seemed to sell out of 2022 GT3s even with the ridiculous markups. which is only inflating the previous generations.

Who knows where prices will go. But this might be the last NA GT3 with the increasing regulations. Lambo is axing the v10 for a hybrid v8tt most likely. The v12 aventador replacement will probably be hybrid too. Ferrari has confirmed the next v12 will be turbo. mclaren hybrid/turbo everything.

We are near the end of NA supercars. Porsche is the only one still offering a manual NA experience.
