That fart... Err pop sounds amazing! Can't wait to get a car that sounds awesome when it pops! Hopefully, the non-pop sounds will be amplified by the in car surround sound system!

While I hope the exhaust sounds great, if it's anything like the M5's sound, I'll take it. So many people criticized the M5's sound but when I actually got to stand right next to one, I thought it sounded fantastic - YouTube videos don't do it justice.

I'm in the minority who thinks this sounds like crap compared to the V8. I guess I'll be keeping mine for a while.

I have a feeling the finished product is going to be more of a baby M5 than anything else.

IMO, it sounds like they're trying to fine tune a Porsche-like sound into the engine/exhaust note. This would be the best one could possibly hope for but still not the S65.

This. Everyone needs to calm down cause the car sounds good. Maybe a little to some maybe alot to others but it's decent. M has never been known to make good sounding exhausts well at least compared to amg but aftermarket companies will take care of that. We've all heard akra on the f10 and well that's just mean

I bet this S55 will sound like a N54T on steroids with additional rice krispie sounds because of the ppk/sport exhaust like sound. Stupid EU noise pollution rules.
The N/S63 has so much exhaust flow that any solution will unveil a monster sound... I prefer em over ap It would be nice if BM could make a track edition that catered to the enthusiast that wasn't an exorbitant price for what you are getting. I understand the business case but because BM is doing so well w sales they should take one for the team and offer us a present. I'm thinking bc valvetronic can fine tune the air injection w such fidelity there will less delta between throttle input which takes away from the sound of the ITB |

I'm def not into the buzzing sound. It's a huge step down from the V8 M3 trademark sound. The car will be great for sure though, I think we just gotta get over the sound. If you are comparing it to a 335 sound, sure, sounds good if that's what you're used to.
