PTF & MHD Ethanol Content Analyzer Cross Compatibility?
Since these kits both use the same GM ethanol content sensor and operate with the canbus, which is a standardized language, are they cross compatible? I'm under the assumption that as long as the broadcast IDs are the same they should work-right?
I am was thinking of flashing back to stock (remove MHD) then try the BM3 OTS FlexFuel map to see if the logging is picking up E content. If it is-cool! Curious if anyone else has attempted this. |

Pretty sure it does. Both put the E% value on the CANBUS for the tuning platform to read.
