The main reason Euro delivery was stopped is because of the move to make all the 3 series in Mexico, as a large part of the program was 3 series. I wonder what portion of customers now don't realize its made in Mexico, heck theres still Z3/4, X3/5/7 etc people that don't know they are made in SC.

I actually went to the BMW Performance Driving School in Thermal, CA. And the instructors and staff there said that these cars never end up in dealers for sale. They weren't really clear tho. They did mention that these cars do get sent to some place where they're marked way below market price. But they made sure that it never gets in the hand of the stealerships.
On a side note, these cars are not driven all day long every single day. They are mostly driven for few hours a day. Because you're always switching cars and tracks at the event. The same car sees the same track twice per session. Depending on the volume of the event, a full day could have 5 session. So basically a performance school car will see 10 track runs per event. |

Not gonna lie, This thread or threads like it should be a sticky.
I had a 2015 m4 that I sold, the person I sold it to called me and told me they got rear ended and totaled. That got me thinking about the m4 and how much I missed that car. It is a fun car for those who like to drive. I looked at the new m4 but didn't like the body style, so I decided I would buy a low mileage 2020 the last year of the f82 body style. Found one in California and thought why the hell not. It had full merino leather, CCB, competition package, executive package, and the price seemed decent. I am in the middle of giving it back to them. The whole purchase has been a clown show from start to finish (thats another story). A month after paying cash for it ($67,000.00) fiinally got the paperwork and the title was from woodcliff lake NJ. The carfax info did not start till about 7400 miles. So decided to do a little research on my own thanks to this thread. Hot takes from this thread The car is titled in Woodcliff Lake New Jersey It comes equipped with CCB It has 5-7k miles 437 M wheels on a competition package (which isnt normal) (3) of (4) tires were new, still had nubs sticking off the side walls It was not CPO I looked through my paperwork and there was no disclosure of any type. I was told it was an executive demo by the sales person. sent an email to the dealership with very specific questions that demanded a response.
There responses.
They went on to say. Hopefully this answers your questions, should there still be an issue, please let me know as soon as possible Thank you. I sent them a follow up email and got on the phone with them. They have been quite cooperative and are offering to buy the car back, including the tinting, and car cover we paid for. I will follow up with how it goes, but to those who say they maintain them, you should view this as a 40k mile used rental car. People drive those things like they stole them, no mercy. I appreciate this thread immensely, who knows if I would not have been replacing an engine, turbos, or tranny at 20k miles. |

The check finally cleared.
The dealer was Niello out of Sacramento Unfortunately, the only thing they did right was making us whole. I would use caution if using this dealership |

Here is the dealer and car in question. They are still trying to pawn it off as an executive car.
