That front... is trying too hard. Not bad from the side and back. Interior looks pretty damn good.
No Alfas in NYC but I heard, and please do correct me if I'm wrong, aren't very reliable. +1 to all that think they copied BMW. On the flip side, yet another car that has more power than the F8x. BMW better come out with engine upgrade quick

I like it pure and simple, BMW needs to have more people breathing downs it's back, to make them step up. I love my BMW's but at times I feel like options as far as competition are lacking. It's a beautiful car, not going to trade in my Z4 but I tell you what I wouldn't have any shame window shopping for this....it's got a big booty, I wonder if that's natural or implants...LOL

Outside of the rear I find the M to be the better looking car both inside and out. The Alpha is too plain for my tastes.

Love the Styling! I wonder if it has the same quality materials as M3?
In the past, materials have been cheaper (harder plastics) Lighter car without carbon fibre roof! So they can make the alpha it even lighter if they want! Engine will sound awesome!! Take note BMW

If it's cheaper and its competition that's good for everyone here. BMW needs this for it to realize that there are plenty of options out there.
Competition is always good for the CONSUMER. |

The "M3 fighter" is the best joke of the year so far.
Where these two compare is the number of wheels, that's it. Alfa Romeo is like a gigolo: it gets you excited and dissapooints you after. Owned two Alfas, and by far were the worst and most terrible way fo transportation. I never knew that vehicles that need to see the mechanic every week exists... If you want one of the most unreliable vehicle buy an Alfa or a Fiat and you are set. Probably that's why they say that you buy them for life; once you get one, you are stuck, nobody wants it. |

@Tracus: might be another story with this one.
And if they want to prove that, they should offer free maintenance for several years and also an extended warranty period. |

Styling wise it's interesting...it's as if a Korean (Kia) and Italian (Alfa) had a baby.

Merc is building M competitors since forever and still can't take the crown, now Alfa arrives out of nowhere with a performance sedan and suddenly people consider it a premium brand.
Let's not forget that the Lexus RC-F promised the world on paper and on track it's helpless. Alfa needs to fix their reliability issues first, then try to play with the big boys in the segment. |
