As far as the paddle mounting position, the F80s are fine. It would be cool if they were a little longer stock but thats a relatively easy fix. To answer the OPs question—it's usually paddles for me unless, as others have stated, its not convenient to do so like U-turns or very tight turns. This is street driving. |

144. Hit it and backed off. Looking back on it, wish I went for 155. There is always next time.

unless u remove the gov, its gonna be a let down. 157 (2mph mark up) and the car quits. It could of done more easy, i didnt even use half mile of freeway either. Really believe these can eclipse 190 fully unlocked stock.

I believe Comp Pack bumps it to 163, and those with tunes (I have one) it's removed. |

Not many places to open her up like this without causing the “That Guy is an asshole” factor, safety of others we share the roads with, and the risk of going to jail.

Comp Pack is no different. All M3/4 have the same top speed limiter set at ~163mph, unless someone took the "Driver's Package" option that raises the top speed limiter. The "Driver's Package" comes standard on the GTS and CS.

Exclusively - my prev E92 M3 was a 6 speed, but whenever I drive a car that has paddles, I always use them over the console shifter.
