Lightbulb BMW Carbon Ceramic Brakes Clearance Issue - BC Forged Wheels Solution and Measurement

After reading the BMW Carbon Ceramic Brakes Clearance Issue with the OEM 19inch Wheels thread - http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1107233, We being BC Forged USA (North America), went straight back to BC Headquarter for all the measurements hoping for a cost efficient solution for you CCB owners. Below are the results and they are good ones!

OEM M3/M4 Carbon Ceramic Brake Size from Hub Center Point to the farthest edge of the caliper Measurement

Front: 225mm
Rear: 213mm

Here is BC Forged 19inch Monoblock Diagram

Front: 19x9.5 ET25: 235.1mm vs CCB 225mm = 10.1mm clearance
(L means Extreme Deep Concave Profile)

Rear: 19x10.5 ET35: 234.17mm vs CCB 213mm = 21.17mm clearance
(L means Extreme Deep Concave Profile)

I was personally told during our meeting that BC Forged's 19inch Monoblock was specially designed in 2015 to clear up to 400mm disc for the newer car's big brake kit design trends. Hope all these help!

Awesome!

Can you do this measurement on the stock 19s so owners can see how much clearance they would be gaining?

Thanks!

Thank you so much for putting this together - The 19" community should be happy to see the clearance increase from OEM on CCB.

Eric, Don't know if you saw but I took delivery today in Munich. The car is gorgeous. I can't wait to see the gloss black RS40's you've got on the way for me. You think they'll be delivered to ACM before I'm back stateside (6/2/2015)?
