Kies new WiFi->OBD2 saves my butt

Last week at the dragstrip I met up with Bryan and Chris for some good legal fun. They hit me up with a new gadget being released soon. Since we were racing I didn't have time to play with it.

Yesterday arriving at the strip my ENET cable goes bad and I need to adjust TQ in BM3 so I can launch. Kies gadget saved me, and it's soooooo easy. It provides a wireless WiFi link to your OBD2.

AFTER you get BM3 or XHP up on your phone and ready to flash…
THEN you switch on your WiFi link to the Kies box and flash.
Just a FYI…My iPhone runs iOS 14.8 and when I activate the WiFi link I lose my internet connection, so I flash with BM3 in OffLine mode. I also leave BM3 offline and record my run logs using the link. It's very reliable.

Bryan said it also doubles as a wired adapter, just plug an Ethernet patch cable into the jack.

When they become available (soon, not yet) you guys better snatch them up!

Looks identical to the MHD unit.

Price point? Been looking for a 2nd hand MHD unit to run live gauges on my phone. Wish I could get them on my Idrive screen

Currently unreleased. They should show up soon on the Kies web. No idea on price, sorry.
