Putting a list of shops together not in fleecing customers!
I have been out of the game for a few years, but now back in a 2016 M4. I am finding it difficult to find a shop who does not charge dealer prices in the Portland Metro area. 1500 for labor only spark plug job which I did under 2 hours for just the parts for the first time, to 1600 for labor rear diff and DCT service. Brake flush, pads and front rotors 1300.00 labor! I ended up buying all the parts from S. CA at cost!
I like to start a list for Portland Metro residents of shops. Please post them here! So far I have had to everything on my own, because the quotes are ridiculous. Last edited by M5D; 09-22-2021 at 11:05 AM.. |

Bavarian house LLC. Former kuni bmw master tech just opened a shop in NE Portland so very reasonable rates. Find him on Instagram to see the assortment of cars he worked on.
