I saw that vid, that's why it was tempting to do myself. I already took it by a shop they charged me $185, finished in 40 minutes I was pleased. Already broke the pads in some and will clean them this weekend.

I thought these pads are compatible with stock pads meaning no cleaning needed because bedding material is compatible? Can someone clarify? Or was this just a general statement ?

Had these pads installed a couple of weeks ago at a local place. Ridiculous how much cleaner the wheels stay now. That very hard initial bite the OEM pads is much less (which I appreciate as I thought it was too touchy). The overall stopping power feels similar although I'll be tracking them next month so that will be the real test. My back pads definitely squeel when pulling out of my driveway. As soon as any heat at all is in the system the squeel goes away completely.

I would use different pads for the track, these are not track pads and will be dangerous at the track

First impressions: Rims are cleaner, over all braking is very similar to stock pads. I would say slightly less bite but minimal if any. Worth the small investment for long-term.

I never cleaned anything but the OE pad dust off the calipers. My car had 3000 miles on it when I changed them over. Make sure you follow the bed-in process from the Power Stop site. If you do, they shouldn't make any noise whatsoever. Mine haven't made a peep and they've been on for 4000 miles now.

I'm running Pagid yellow RS29 for the track; are these compatible? Can I switch back and forth? I really do not want to put my oem pads back on after my next track day but those Pagid brakes squeeeeeal!

Yes, you can switch back and forth with ease. The Powerstop pads are a direct replacement for OEM pads.

In fact, take a look at the YouTube video I posted above. The person in that video is swapping Pagid Yellows back to his OEM pads (which are the same as the powerstops, sensors and all).

I've had my fronts for a while now... And recently installed my rears maybe a couple of weeks ago. I never had any squeel issues with the fronts before, but recently after my rears came on, i started getting squeels when at cold starts, especially the day after i get my car is washed. It doesnt happen all the time. But when it does... Pretty loud squeels... i cant tell if its coming fromthe rears or fronts... but goes away after a couple of hard brakes once the brakes are warmed up. What gives? Have you guys found a fix for this yet?

Did you bed the rears in as per the Power Stop instructions? If not, you need to do so. I've had nary a peep from my fronts, ever and have 4500 miles on them. Just put the rears on last month, but my car is in storage for another month or so, but when it comes out, the FIRST thing I'll do is follow their instructions again to bed in the rears.

I had all 4 installed at same time. Followed the break in relatively close enough. No problems from the front but the backs squeel for sure. Now that its starting to warm up I'm noticing it less though. It is obnoxious for sure.

Yeah. I did. I had no problems for a while. But maybe i need to do it again.

Yes. Mine came with a tube of Colgate paste. Others reported receiving Aquafresh paste.

Seriously though, no it doesn't come with paste. Paste is easy to find at the local auto parts store though.
