The Revozsport brake duct was designed to mate up with the M Performance front splitter, no? Can you post a picture of how it looks like from the front bumper assuming you don't have any front splitters?

Not really, the ducts are hidden better with the splitter but install just fine without the splitter too. No issues at all.

Here's an intentionally over-exposed picture to clearly show how the ducts look - they are very hard to see normally unless you really look closely. Though admittedly, its only a matter of time before I get the mperf splitter and lip.

Also, I'm pretty sure the hoses will be shredded soon.. They are really close to the ground..

Quite disappointed really but not surprised by the weight of this car. The M4 is a heavy pig lol! .. Mine is the DCT. Car weight without stock seats, one race seat, no rear seat, alekshoproll cage, 170lb driver and full tank of gas. 3741lb. So without driver, 3571lb
That's a bit of a surprise to me how heavy your car is. For reference, I just got my E92 M3 corner balanced, and the weight was 3545 lbs without me in the car, and 3710 with me in it; I still have everything in the car (stock seats, rear bench, etc). Any weight reduction comes from akra exhaust, AP Racing BBK, EC7 wheels (lol).

What options does your M4 have? Mine is pretty much loaded which I know will add to the weight, but it is 6MT, which helps a little bit with the weight.

I'm surprised too, I almost want to believe the scale is broken lol.. I wasn't there for the corner balancing so maybe I'm off on what all was in the car when it was weighed.

My M4 is "well optioned" with full leather, DCT, HK system etc.. maybe that's why. But both seats were out (Only race bucket on driver side in) so I'm surprised at the weight.

My alignment specs. I've gone more aggressive as I don't care much about wear on the street, rather have better turn in on the track.

Thanks for the picture. The inlets looks stealthy without a lip/splitter.

Can you tell if the inlet goes into a large volume in that black underspat before narrowing down again into the 2.5 inch hose connection? It looks that way but I can't tell from the pictures. If it does than the air velocity will slow down before entering the hose, not so ideal.... hope they didn't design it that way.

Oh and regarding the low spot where the hose is closest to the ground, you can probably squish the hose a little into an oval shape to gain some clearance back.

I'll measure the inlet and post up dimensions shortly - The inlet is fairly large and goes into a large air chamber before going into the 2.5" inch hose. I think this will flow plenty of air. Though the true test will be at my next track day, hopefully mid-Jan at Laguna Seca.

Great idea on squishing the hose, I've used some loosely tied zipties to adjust the routing of the hoses so they don't scrape as much.

Found some RS29 with 90% life left on them for $300 so thought I'd give them a go. I have decided I *do not* like the feel of the endless me20.. I've had RS29 before and I'm hoping I get good results with RS29 on my M4.

just finished bedding in the RS29 and so far on aggressive street braking they have much better feel and bite vs. the endless me20.. can't wait to try them out on the track.

Those are lightly used. The backing plates turn pink on my RS29s after a few sessions. Good pick up.

Nice build - keen to hear how you go with those cooling ducts - looking at the same thing for mine when it arrives (lands in .AU tomorrow!)

thanks!

After I adjusted them with some loosely tied zip-ties they seem to have settled down and don't scrape as much as I was expecting. I have a track day on Jan 15 (hopefully), I'll post and update on these after that.

Got a few odds and ends today..

The BMW M Performance key case. Its suede/alcantara type material and some carbon fiber.. a bit bigger than I was expecting.

Fall Line Front Tow Strap - Incredible! Really solid build quality!
