M4 F82 "Cheating/Stuttering" on acceleration

I am trying to figure out what my problem is.
Upon acceleration from 1-4 gear there are no problems. If i start accelerating in 4-7 i have a stuttering, like the car almost stops accelerating on and off before it starts vibrating a bit and accelerating.
This is a bit difficult to describe but i hope it’s understandable.

I have stage 1 with DP, used to have stage 2 with pops&bangs, but tuned it away with my tuner because of this symptomps. But tuning down did not help.
I also have stage 2 colder plugs, but I don’t know if the previous owner gapped them right.
My tuner drove with me and thought it might be bad plugs or wrong gas. I was driving on E10, tried E5 but didn’t help.
I have discovered the valve cover gasket leaking and also the oil pan leaking.

Can anybody help me with potential other issues?

My local BMW dealer said the transmission is fine, and had it on a lift today, no issues or leaks there.

Any tips helps. Please help

Check the codes and post them. Otherwise, I'd start with new plugs.

There are no codes related to engine. I have some codes for instrument cluster, but none present codes. I have one fault code for short circuit in my backpad seat heater.
I will try plugs and update the thread after.

Any other possible suggestions?

4-7 is harder than 1-4, my opinion is misfires
