J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Slumps Overall, BMW ranks higher

BMW dependibility did not improve (184 -> 190 problems per 100 vehicles), but many others declined too, as well as the industry overall (186->190).
Consequently, BMW is now a bit further up the packing order.
I do agree that Lexus/Toyota are the best in class.
