August 21. 2100 miles. No problems except for some wheel weights that fell off at the track from high heat I suppose. Causing a shimmy at 70+ mph.

Can it be a whistling noise that you're hearing? If so it's probably the turbos.

Is it too early to start a rod bearing thread for this car? I mean, what is an M3 without some type of VANOS / rod bearing issue?
