Sadly, not a win for the F8X on this one, although it did beat the C63 and Giulia QV by a full second around their track:

I had an E92 M3 and it sounded good, but not so as wonderful as some people here want to make it seem. I had to put an Eisenmann to really wake it up, but then my ears started to bleed. Even then, it didn't sound that much better than some american V8 pony cars I've owned over the years. (another problem with the E92 M3 NA motor is that it was dog slow at high altitude. The F80 is much faster at the same altitude in comparison, thanks to the turbos.) |
