*Infinity Design Matte Carbon Intake Review*

Hello everyone, after 3 years of ownership, I finally broke down and started to add mods to my M3. On January 9 2025 I ordered Infinity Design matte Carbon engine bay intakes from mike@x-ph.com (Thanks Mike and Team) and I received them on January 27 2025.

Installation: Installation was simple, but it took me about 1 hour.
Salman ( info@infinityautodesign.com ) from Infinity Design e-mailed me the instructions. I took my time to make sure I can install it as perfectly as possible.

Fitment: I would rate fitment an 10/10, It was a very straight forward install. I was careful of the carbon pieces. They came carefully packed wrapped in foam and serialized. Which makes it special. The attention to detail was superb.

Performance: It was immediately notable upon start up that the engine felt like it was getting more air. I drive mostly in efficient and throttle response feels like sport, and the car feels quicker. The best way to describe this is that the engine feels like it breathes and is less restrictive due to the larger than stock inlets, and let’s not forget the sound…

Sound: During normal driving under 3K RPM it sounds like stock but putting your foot on the gas you can hear the intakes sucking up the air, with my windows up and did I mention that you can hear it even in efficient. In sport and sport+, this is where you can hear the turbo whining as soon as you are driving sporty, and it leaves you SMILING! I added the link for a Sound Clip.

Thank you for reading.

Salute 🫡

I agree with Mike, I've had mine for almost a year with no issues.

That looks great! Nice Bred IVs btw, 4s are my favorite shoes of all time and I've been rocking them since 1989. Have to be OG with Nike Air on the back though, and they'll bury me in a pair of the cement IVs.

Looks like Eventuri but better priced for buyers. Possibly same supplier?

It doesn’t look like Eventuri at all. Air filters are in the lower housings which are fully sealed unlike Eventuri. The design is different and the price is unbeatable for the quality! Feel free to email info@infinityautodesign.com and ask questions. They are very responsive! Great people.

the owner of Infinity Design used to work for Evolve, that's why their design might have some resemblance

But as far as i know, different suppliers, different designs,etc...

I love this intake so much. If I hadn't bought an Eventuri a while back I would absolutely buy one of these. Much better looking and more functional IMO
