M4 Injectors keep failing

Been having an Issue with my F82 and can’t seem to find any info on it, I was driving my M4 and I was pushing it and I got a drivetrain malfunction,(car is stock btw, no mods) and it told me I had a bad injector on cylinder 4, my car was at 75k miles at the time so I knew it was about to change them but didn’t have enough to get all sick so I just replaced cylinder 4 and it was driving good again, 2 days later cylinder 3 went bad and I decided just knock all the injectors out at once and I replaced all of them, after that car ran fine for a week.

After that I was pushing my car and I got a drivetrain malfunction again and it said my injector on cylinder 2 was bad, I didn’t get how it could’ve gone bad but I assumed maybe I got a faulty injector so I got another and put it in, ran fine for a day and then cylinder 3 came back bad again, and then cylinder 4 also came back bad.

I don’t know what the issue is because I highly doubt I have multiple faulty injectors and I’m not getting codes for anything else. If someone has any idea what this could because I don’t wanna keep buying injectors just for them to keep going bad, thxs.

These are the codes I currently have

- DME active codes -
140001 - Combustion misfires, several cylinders: Fuel injection is switched off.
140010 - Combustion misfires, several cylinders: detected.
140401 - Combustion misfire, cylinder 4: Fuel injection is switched off
140410 - Combustion misfire, cylinder 4: detected.
- DME shadow (inactive) codes -
140011 - Misfire: Fuel injection deactivation.
231501 - Fault entry: Send buffer full.

How many oil change cycles has the spark plugs been through? If they are only like 1 or 2 oil cycles then I would check the ignition coils. Very unlikely it’s injectors again if you’re not on E85.

I would turn my attention to the sparks and the coils.

The spark plugs and coil packs are brand new straight from BMW Dealership, haven’t been threw any oil change cycles yet, so I don’t think it’s that and it just seems like when I replace one injector the issue just jumps on to a different one, the car will go fine at about 80% throttle, but if I floor it it gives drivetrain malfunction and goes into limp mode.

Did you code the new injectors? Pretty sure they need to be coded to the DME.

New injectors coded in properly in ISTA?

Spark plugs gapped and torqued correctly?

Coil packs good?

Yup I coded injectors and made sure spark plugs were gapped correctly I don’t think the issue is anything with those things honestly

Check the TMIC reservoir and see if it’s bone dry.

I've heard of others having them fail, one after the other. If I had a failure and decent mileage on them, I would replace them all. Required? No

I’ve replaced all 6 so they are brand new but after a week they started going bad again one by one, when I replaced one the next one would fail

That is low, it should be at the middle.

Did you check the j-pipe like I said? That will give you the definitive answer.

It looks okay. A little bit low. Permeation happens over time so it’s normal. I would top it off and check the next day. If it becomes low that means you have a leak. You can also take off the J pipe as someone suggested but I feel that’s a lot of work lol.

When the fuel injection is shut off, it doesnt indicate a faulty injector. It shuts the cylinder off to avoid the misfires that are catalyst damaging.
Have you replaced the spark plugs? I got a faulty new plug before.
No need to code eu6 injectors.
I would swap coils. I would take 3&4 out and swap them with 5&6. Honestly could swap plugs too.
