2024 Track Days

If anyone is from western Canada these are the days our club has booked for RockyMountainMotorsports. We usually have room for guests if anyone would like to come and check it out.

May 14th Tuesday 5 pm to 8:30 pm

June 2nd Sunday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm

June 25th Tuesday 5 pm to 8:30 pm

July 23rd Tuesday 5 pm to 8:30 pm

August 22nd Thursday 5 pm to 8:30 pm

Very excited to see what the F80 can do on track, I ran my E46 M3 with these guys last year and it was a great time and a ton of track time for a low price

I’m considering a couple of trackdays in March at NJMP. Anyone with experience doing trackdays in March in the northeast on 200tw tires? Any issues with the tires and the cold?

I've done it. March is hit or miss. Warm up the tires very slowly.

Last year I had a March event at Lime Rock cancelled due to snow!!! NJMP tends to be little warmer.

You could monitor the weather and sign up last minute if the forecast looks good.

Here's what I'm looking at for the early months:

? 3/16 or 3/17 - NJMP Lighting (NASA). Not sure about this one
3/22 - NJMP Thunderbolt (MoE)
4/6 or 4/7 - NJMP Thunderbolt (HoD)
6/10 - NJMP Lightning (MoE)
6/24 - NJMP Thunderbolt (PCA)

Definitely want to make it back to WGI this year, but will need to see what schedule allows. Eyeing 7/1-2 with SCDA, 7/20 weekend with PCA, or 8/19-20 with SCDA. Also would like to get at least 1 LRP in as well

I’m interested to see how Thunderbolt is after being repaved during off season. Plan on being there in early March.

Same... particularly looking forward to no washboarding in the braking zone for T1

You run with MoE? I've started with the group last year. I'll look to see if I can hit that June 10th date. It'll be nice to see another board member there.

Still haven't planned out when I'll be running this year but I hope to get up to 6 track days this year. Especially with the new Thunderbolt track.

I buy on sale from TR what ever is 200/tw or better and below $200/tire. I have a basement full of tires for 2024.

Haven't run with them before, we have to test them out this April!

We are going because rhyary said it was good. If it isn't, he will never live it down lol

I’m running with them on Saturday at NJMP. I’ll try to remember to provide feedback afterwards. 1st time with them.

That's mine. SYT is going for the WGI day as well and a few others.
