HOOOooooleeee shit. whoa, that's gotta be historic! Even though I haven't lived there fore 10 years I've only missed a few in my life ... pronto pups, cookies, milk shake, fish tacos, pickles. Never was big on the goofier new stuff. and I always ride the sky tram thing, and I have friends with booths there. When I was a young kid my mom's company had an information booth there and she'd work it just to get free tickets to all the shows - so basically I was going to the fair and the concerts since I was old enough to walk.

It's weird because this guy grew up with - more acquaintances than friends but in a good way - somehow growing up our friend-groups were always at the fair together, and of course we were always up to something, trying to scam beer or sneak into concerts or whatever. Then years later we ended up working for the same company and hung out, and then his kids were suddenly old enough to go and I went with them a few times ... the last time his kids were in HS, same age as when he and I used to go. At one point in the day we were standing by the horses drinking beers waiting for his kids to do whatever and we looked at each other and were like what the fuck happened to us? Ah, good times at the fair.

Yup, as much as I’ve grown to the love the Wild.......the North Stars moving really broke my heart. The X is an awesome place to watch hockey, but at times I feel nostalgic for the Met Center and it’s weird seat color scheme etc. It’s still hard to believe an IKEA sits there now on that spot.

100% totally and completely. I love the X but after the Stars left that pretty much killed my interest in hockey ... and dennis green and randy moss pretty muck killed my interest in football.

Hey, can you watch the BWM deliveries come in there?

BTW, there's a theory in the Orange County med community that the reason cases are growing is because of these 90min drives by people who don't live together and catch it in the car on the way down.

I watch new models cruise all the time. If I look at just the right place I can see whether a new boat is in port. Some of you might not like how the first couple of miles in America your car was driven

Those sitting together on beach were "supposed" to be same residence. Not sure PD has manpower to check each ID. There is a local hiking trail that they were literally counting 1000+/day hikers for a trailhead that has parking for 28

Hey Gruss, you remember an old thread you posted on regarding the DCT stalling?

I actually had it happen today lol. I haven't driven my gal in 2 months basically at this point. Was in my drive way, pulled out to reposition, threw it into drive and gassed quickly. Car immediately went into Neutral and Engine turned off with a warning light about Neutral etc etc. It threw me off as I never had it happen previously.

Did some thread searching and ran into it. Initially a little unnerving but probably because I haven't driven for this long it's taking longer for the car to warm up again.

Captain Blood I didn't see the video feed but it is on YouTube. Full 10 hours of it.

Definitely! THat was a real mess to clear up - I can't remember what it was, but it was definitely a part failure that was eventually replaced ... but on the e9x of course.

Nope, I’m not, at least anywhere around there. But, I have coworkers I need to steer around there and a lot of patients live in the trouble areas. The balance of serving them and keeping our staff safe isn’t easy sometimes. This is a new one though I admit.

Fucking idiot (vast understatement I know) soon to be in prison cop. 5 minutes of unbelievably bad decision making caused a massive amount of damage that will be around for a long time. I don’t even want to think about what’ll happen if he/they get acquitted.

My 135 had a rather severe "almost stalling" and lurching problem whenever it came to a stop and the AC was on. It scared the hell out of my wife. The 1st shop I took it too totally blew the diagnosis (it was a software issue with the DCT) as did the dealership. Thank god for bimmerpost! I had to tell the dealership what the problem was in order to get it fixed.
