Sweet looking build so far! I had to google what a BMP port injection kit is, I'd never heard of it.

Maybe if you give me a unique opportunity, I'll definitely consider it sometime because I've said good things about your shop and you do solid work and are capable/ experienced.

But I can't wait to see what I do together with SSR Performance, it's gonna be something special.
wow! is everyone too polite in here or do most people not know anything about engine builds? I've never seen anyone fantasize so much about a build like this. all tom @ eas was offering was a Dynojet baseline not a story about a unique opportunity or being treated like family which is vendor code for do the work for cheap.

congrats on the front page feature! hopefully you'll enjoy the car for what it is. but unless you are planning to provide the machine shop the camshaft lift and duration specs, cylinder sleeve thickness and bore size, your own piston valve pocket design and have a set of valves and springs fabricated with custom load rates or rod bearing oil clearance there's no need to brag about an engine build with parts that you can't buy off the shelf. you would need a true race shop like Papadakis to build you a fully custom engine if that is your dream.

sorry for the mean post but I saw the need for a reality check.

I understand what you are saying. But I do have someone ready to build the motor I need.

I guess my point should have been simply, dynojet is not necessary for a stock motor as there are plenty of faster cars at the moment.

But when I do a built motor I will do dynojet.

Hopefully that helps

Added note: there are some inaccuracies in your response. I won't elaborate

Damn man those are insane numbers!! How's the power delivery compared to the stock turbos? And what tires are you running to put that power down?

I try to refrain from posting too much about our products we sell, but in a case where I know it helps the community I feel like I have to chime in Our triboceramic engine treatments really protect all the metal to metal friction parts like no other product out there (we have lots of different race teams using our products and they have zero issues with rod bearings for example). We even have a Honda civic that is running without any engine oil to showcase that (over 3k miles now) Long story short, look up RVS Technology and hit us up and mention Bimmerpost (we have quite a few users here) and we'll hook you up!

It’s all good. Thanks for your post. I’m probably a year away from wanting to do the motor. Odds are good of making it till then if I stay content with the power

I would be less worried about power and built motor, you've got plenty. Would start dropping $$$$ on gearing, ratios, and drivetrain to best harness all of that power that you have.

I want to see some 1320 videos

Just saw it on YouTube by Simply Car Things.
What a beast
The M3/M4 should have sounded and felt like that from the factory.
