Dinan tune top speed limiter

Curious if anyone knows if a dinan stage 3 tune removes the top speed limiter. On a strip of "mexican" highway we hit 166 and the car felt like it hit a brick wall and wouldn't move past that. I wouldn't be surprised if dinan left the limiter on just curious.

As far as i know it does not remove the speed limiter
