Got up early and used Mother’s Back to Black on the upper and lower grille. Foam brush sure made it much easier on the tedious lower grille. Satisfying and sooooo much better!
. Edit…Just did a 2nd coat in the afternoon and it looks even better! . Last edited by Jbrown7403; 05-21-2023 at 05:23 PM.. |

Installed M Performance pedals, you'd think this crap would be standard on M's...

bought the car used, 2015 f82 with about 17000 miles on it purchased in june 2022, i’ve put about 20000 miles on it in the last year
first service in october needed to change a tire and oil change 2nd service is proving to be a real gut punch, yikes. starting to understand why dailying an M car is for wealthy folks not folks like me, need to reassess my daily driver situation … |

New ICONs! BMW really helped me out, had a failing drivers side DRL and they replaced BOTH headlights under warranty to ensure the colors matched. Both new headlights have a mid 2022 creation date on them. Very pleased, great work by BMW!

Subtle little touch to the car today. Artists at iND were able to create a matte black badge for me with a mint green outer to match the brake calipers. They did a super nice job with the badge, and I think I got it on fairly well but to me the ///M part might need to be adjusted just a hair. Getting 4 characters to line up perfectly is a PITA especially when the damned things STICK to the paint the second you put them on hah. Give it a subtle little look without bleeding the color onto the characters themselves, I like it. Thanks iND!

Took it on the Hot Rod Power Tour
Cleaned it up after driving the Hot Rod Power Tour for two stops last Sunday-Tuesday. Air conditioning on my GT350 went out the week before so M4 got the call. Cool road trip.
