I assume Halim is speaking about NM torque. 850 is close to 650Ftlbs. This is for safety of your rods. However I wouldnt go above 900nm. 850 is a safety point. Just because you can do it doesn't make it safe, Keep it at 900 or under until you got the desire to touch internals

Then suddenly the things started to change. Better to talk about a REVOlution. I always knew that self adaption is required but... also I parametrizeded some values in the map config and now: till 3500 rpm is "a dash" less than normal, between 3500 up to 5700 is GOOD and from 5800 to end of rpm has a tremendous kick, really amazing. The monitor overcome 720hp and torque is balleye 820 Nm. This is the very first release of HCP file. I m now gonna send Halim the parameters registered during 3rd gear full acceleration and I m confident he can do even better. Some parameters in the map config aren't clear to me,I.e. the hpfp isn't there,it is set to original. I m feeling now the potential to achieve amazing numbers Ps: toyo r888r are fantastic! The 2nd gear slipped but not too much,most probably during middle of Summer... |

This is truly insane. I would love to see the buys in the (Enter Car Here) pull up next to you and ask to freeway pull and watch as this thing rockets away. I plan on building my G80 M3 in this fashion once the warranty is up. Congrats! This is amazing!

The turbos that were used to produce this power were our KRAS55Bi's which are an older version of our S55 turbo system. That version has been superseded to our latest KRAS55EVO'S which support more power per pound of boost at lower shaft speeds as a result of our newer rotor group design. We have quite few customer now producing 1000+whp with built engines and supporting mods using our current KRAS55EVO's.

If a piston burned you had a PI or injector run lean. Did you get a log of the catastrophe?

Good morning dear Mates. Here I m back after months of sufferance...
Finally installed Carillo pistons and arrow (2000hp) connecting rods plus reinforced bearings... Now hcp 1.8 bar ecu is working fine but stop at 720hp. Is there any reason to do not go above? At least 2.0 bar. All the cooling devices have been upgraded. Thanks for replying Ps purchased also meth injection but want to push ron100 first I see several cars running over 1000 |

Ok guts an update.
My car increased the power itself WITHOUT upgrading the file to stage 4. The very first version of Halim stage 3 1.8 bar which has given 720hp now it reach the limit of the graph, most probably overcoming 720 thanks to carillo pistons which increased the compression chamber. These days I m facing big trouble after installing t-t turbo transformer....very stupid thing I ve done... even uninstall it, the problem remains...I am going to solve it. Once solved I will achieve my final goals like: Running latest stage 4 thanks to pistons and connecting rods AND I have the flex fuel bend calibration will to run E85. What should I expect according to you guys? |
