Gummy Door Handles

Curious to know how many are dealing with "gummy" door handles. After 7 years of ownership my drivers door handle has developed a very tacky feel. Looked on realoem to see if the handle was a individual part but it looks like it is part of the entire door card. Any ideas how to reduce this tacky/gummy feel?

My brother had this happen on his car. We used this:

I had the same problem on my car and decided to go with these from amazon as a replacement. They are made of ABS plastic and the process is fairly simple.

Let me save you the hassle and potential agony of pulling off your door panel.

Slip these on and call it a day bud

I’ll second this. I had the same issue and ended up getting carbon fiber looking handles that match the other carbon fiber trim pieces perfectly, highly recommended.. had mine on for over a year and no issues whatsoever.
