F8X 6MT CDV Delete

Just curious if anyone local to Central NJ has done the Clutch Delay Valve (CDV) Delete on their F8X (whether themselves or at a shop).

If at a shop, please recommend the shop and approximate cost.

I really want to remove the CDV, but it's not something I'm necessarily comfortable doing myself.

Thanks!

I heard you can just buy the e90 clutch slave and do a swap as that one did not have a CDV. That should be easy for any mechanic to swap out.

There was a recent thread on this.

Yes, I've heard the same, but would also be interested to hear from someone who did it locally and where.

Thanks. My understanding is that Kies themselves don't do service. They're focusing on their channel and shipping products.

I think the only service they really do is Crankhub fix.
