Missed my e92...
Joined the m3post ~14 years ago because of my e92. Traded the e92 for a minivan (had triplets). Missed driving my e92. Purchased a 2011 e92 week ago to give my F80 a brother. Had rod bearings done yesterday as preventative measure. Love the e92. Have a bunch of things on order; will post more pics. Enjoy your day fellas...

Since my E90's looked like that more often than not, I'm not offended. Congrats, that's a timeless pair.

Everything from 5,000 - 8,400 rpm, including throttle calibration and engine responsiveness. Unreal. Like having a mind-rear axle connection. S65 still hasn't gotten its just due yet, in my view.

i've been thinking about making the move. unfortunately where prices are these days its hard to justify a clean lci e92. with same miles they are the same money as a 2015-2016 f80.

Congrats on the add, you already know this but the S65 is special. Enjoy her.
Is that Jerez Black? Two things jump out at me: Front plate holder! (Hope thats not drilled) Side reflectors (on both). The slammed F80 but with reflectors just looks odd to me. No matter though, all have different things that do it for us, enjoy both of them in good health! RB

I can relate, the E46 has always been special to me. I've had mine for 12 years and can't bring myself to let it go. Hands down better steering and throttle response than my F82.

Thanks everyone. Glad to see that there are still the 'old school' boys lurking around. Agree with all comments...visceral feel of the e9x, throttle calibration, engine response (albeit, the s54 engine was very special too) and yes, even the engine idle and exhaust notes. Enjoy the weekend!
