Crazy Hissing Sound

Happened about a month and a half ago at around 10mph and again today at a very low speed. Coming from the front of the car, checked to make sure the chargepipes weren't loose, but not sure if the one is cracked or not down the middle and near the end? Really interesting how no issues when pushing the car hard...
