Taken directly from the product description in your link:
“ Please note that this item will fit the MPE/Competition Package with minimal modification.”

I did it on my former M3, you have to cut the MPE to get this thing to fit. You'll need to make a decision on whether or not it's worth it to you. In my case, I noticed no difference in sound, performance, or anything with the midpipe on my GTS tuned M3. I would not do the mod again, and the current MPE on my CS will remain uncut and stock.

An aftermarket exhaust will work with the MPE. However, you’ll have to cut your stock exhaust to install this part.

Is there a way to cut the vrsf instead? Because I don’t want to cut into the mpe

You're gonna cut a OEM BMW M perf exhaust to fit a POS VRSF aftermarket mid pipe?
Shaking my damn head...

That why I was asking if it possible to mod the vrsf midpipe instead of the mpe because i like to retain the mpe

You have to cut the mpe pipes to fit it but you can always go back with bmw exhaust clamps, it will still work the same. Not that big of a deal to cut the mpe pipes.

*edit*
Just saw the link and I had assumed it was for a VRSF single mid pipe
