Back when I was competing at the national level, I had wholesale pricing for mount/balance services at a local tire shop because I was in there at least once per month. No sponsorship decal on the car, and no shell racing team business required as long as I paid sales tax on everything.....

There was an old joke that went "How do you convert a dishwasher into a snow-thrower? Hand her a shovel."

Not that the joke was funny, mind you. I'm just posting it here for anthropological purposes. I would never laugh at something like that.

I actually asked for a Shop-Vac. For whatever reason I keep putting off buying one for myself, so that's #1 on my list. Other than that, I couldn't care less. I'll likely get some nice clothes and socks and what not, but I like getting together with family and spending time with one another more than anything.

My next move is to request fleet pricing on the hourly rate for service because basically one or two of the cars are in the shop each month. I'm going to build my case with the Service Manager based on this info. In this world, 4 cars constitutes a fleet so that makes me a de facto fleet manager.

I'll keep everyone posted.
With that size of a fleet, set up an S-corp and lease the cars to yourselves. Treat the depreciation and maintenance as expenses of the S-corp. You'd have to sell all the cars to the corp, though. That's where it would get messy, with the sales tax and title fees. I have mine all owned by the S-corp from day 1.

There's a first-world problem for ya.

We just signed a contract to build a new house, so there won't be much of anything 'under the tree' this year.

If not those, then nice new wireless earbuds, maybe a 2nd computer moniter for when I work at home.

I suggest looking into curved monitors with high resolution. I always thought curved was stupid, but my main monitor is a 32" curved 1440p 144hz monitor, oh boy. It's glorious.

I got this few weeks ago for some flooring projects.

It is pretty strong. I did not buy it for the blower function, but it is a nice extra.

Blower function would be extremely nice for after a car wash, forcing water out of mirrors and cracks... Hmmmm. Thank you.

You just gave me an idea for using the blower

I have been using squeegee on my washes. Will give the blower a try.

I have been using an 18v Ryobi blower with my car wash drying for about a year. Real handy for under & around water holding areas like mirrors, license plates, grills, & lights... blow and then wipe away the water as it leaves these areas.
