They were awesome to deal with - lots of communication, fast, quick payment. So I was happy with it. They seem to be a dedicated used M dealer.

Congrats on the sale!

Taking a small hit is almost worth the hassle free experience of selling to a dealer rather than deal with tire kickers, flakes, low ballers, and the overall hassle of dealing with individuals.

I spent nearly 10 hours with one guy before I accepted the dealer's offer. The guy called, talked to me a bunch about the car and about rando other stuff. We did a FaceTime call where I showed him all about the car. I had my wife sit in the front seat and film me driving the car during another FaceTime call. Finally, he calls and says, "bro, the car is perfect. I'll take it for $50k." LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLLWTFFFFFFFFFFFf

I know others have some nightmare stories with this stuff too. I knew I only needed one person to make the deal work, but that experience was enough for me to just move on. Plus, I really wanted to sell it by New Year's. Switching jobs very soon, and wanted the extra cash as a runway for time between jobs (if necessary).

IDK yet what is next... something fun for sure. But, I'm going to wait until I'm in the new gig for a couple of months until I pull the trigger on something.

LOL that's super annoying for sure, especially if you are gearing up for a big life change. Time is money and time away from family and friends.
