You really should get onto your dealer and push him to provide feedback.
Otherwise you can also call the hotline and talk to a representative, they are able to provide you with further information.

I've ordered and car through the current bmw system on a new BMW. I know it's frustrating and it sucks! Be patient.

As I'm reading and thinking about this, keep in mind that the M F8XX has been issued a recall. Bmw found out post manufacturing process. So maybe this may have something to do with this. Because many recalled cars may be sitting at port a car may be built but they aren't updating the status. This can change quickly. It might suprise you. My E93 car went from in production to built in a jiffy. From 10 weeks to 13, and ended up being 9 weeks to delivery.
