Also a good choice, one of the few cars that are really suited for orange.

Aren't your neighbours going to get their pitchforks out for buying a V8 instead of a puny little EV refrigerator? How is it with the gas guzzler taxes in Norway?

Half the cost of the car is first time taxation but the green party is losing votes and support now since everything they want to do starts to impact everyone not living and working in the major cities and who needs a car to get around. Basically green dummies only got student support and idiots who think everything revolves around major cities with busses and whatnot. So yeah, some will hate me for it but the AMCAR scene is huge and always have been and lately there have come new laws to pass in favor of gasoline vehicles so while taxation is high for first time reg (really EV's got no tax which is why everyone is buying them), everything else is mostly stable. My neighbors all buy hybrids and electrics now but they all really much like my M4 so I don't see why they would hate a V8 Stang any more if anything if I'd use the Quiet mode in the morning they'd probably love me even more because my M4 cold start sounds straight piped and loud AF Everyting will get sorted sometimes next week when I hear back from the dealer in regards to some details at which point I'll have to decide. Good thing is I can keep my car even when "traded" in until the Stang would arrive, they said if I order it before the allocation window I'd have 10-12weeks ish of wait until it'd be ready for hand over. Would be cool to take it down to Germany for some fun like I do with every other car I've owned in the summer but vacation is still up in the air cause of restrictions and slow ass vaccinations. I'm last in the queue for one here so might have to wait till 22 for the German V8 experience if I end up pulling the trigger which I'm leaning towards right now! Will be sad to say goodbye to the most beautiful M car ever made tho. That is my main internal struggle. It's a damn good daily and puts down power like mad and it was staying planted at 300kmh on the autobahn too like nothing! Mach might not be as fast, I have no idea, but I'm looking for that N/A V8 experience right now and speed limits are trash here anyway so much so that the M4 could get my license taken in 2nd gear on the DCT |

Fun fact I've found out recently: Euro Giulia QVs do not have an OPF. Apparently, adding port injection helped them comply with the necessary Euro emission standards. Still sounds crap, though, and not any better than the S55. I'll die on this hill.

Seems like the Euro specs got a combined Cat/OPF and not separate. Makes it a bit harder to remove but at that point since it's the downpipes it'll probably void warranty too which is not ideal.
But the OPF ones sounds really good still, something most euro cars don't, they sound muted so I guess Ford done some wizardry, plus I think the exhaust on the GT and Mach is different so who knows. V8 Coyote can't be bad either way I think |

Saw my first G82 Comp in the flesh today with my gf and sister in the car, first in motion then it pulled up into the parking lot i was in.
The G82 was white, from the rear quarters it didn't look too bad, the diffuser looks like it was cut out by a 3 year old and protruding but other than that it was decent, some strong lines. The lights were okay, paint looked excellent mostly because the car was brand spanking new, so new that i think it was a test drive. Car still had window sticker. From the side is where the biggest problems started. the car had a larger wheel gap than F8X. The front or back wheel can't remember which one, is smaller than the other visually. Are some 19s vs 20s? Something looked off. The rear shoulders are horrid, they sit like a camaro but with a weak rear window lines (no H-kink). Also the weird part was the rear window extended quite far, you could pretty much see the backseats through there. Holy fuck was this car long. The hood wasn't as long as i imagined from the side view but anything from the rear to about the front door line is super long. Overall the side proportions are horrid, from 3/4 and from dead on views. The front i was incredibly disappointed in. I thought pictures wouldn't do it justice and that although ugly the front end would be "aggressive" or "menacing". It was comical, looked like a toy car, the hood had this droopy look to it. It wasn't very wide looking either. The tombstone grill had all these buttony sensors and ugly gloss shine to it, ugh. It honestly was even uglier than pictures, i tried to slav squat to see if the lower angle made it aggressive but it didn't. The hood has 0 muscle, absolutely 0. It looks so frail and weak. Overall the front is actually worse than the side view even though earlier on i was a big supporter that the front wasn't as bad as the side. Overall the car in motion looks a tiny bit better but still incredibly "weak". I thought the one thing this car would have going for it is that brutish, aggressive ugliness similiar to Arnold schwezenneger. I am convinced this car will never be on my buy list. My girlfriends sister knows nothing about cars but thinks the F82 is beautiful. She said this one looks like a "dad car", is "clunky", looks like "mush". For someone who isn't so great with her words she hit it dead on. The G82 no matter how well it drives is a big long heavy and confused luxury sedan. It is more RS5 than it is M4. |

So THAT's what I saw the other day (Mach 1). I had no idea what kind of Mustang it was with the owner pointing at me (lol), but it was beautiful. I think that would be a great choice for anyone!
I'd take it any day over G8x trash. |

First spotting of a Green G82 on the I-10.
I was sadly unimpressed. Even on the freeway the car looks tall and big. Wasn't intimidating at all.
