I did lots of research and saw several people received items from him and because of it and him being a forum member I felt safe doing so, unfortunately I haven't received them yet and really hope I'm not out this amount of cash.

He has gotten back to me and said he's shipping soon but then something comes up and he doesn't ship them, at this point I just hope I receive them, sorry I haven't updated the chat, I've been swamped at work to the point where I even have time for the forums.

If anyone knows Robert in person please tell him to ship fast and I will update, or try to once I get an update. I hope this posts encourages him to ship soon!

He hasn't shipped them yet? You are very trusting. It's been 2.5 months. I hope you purchased through PayPal Goods. If it was me, I would have requested a refund after the first month went by and the lights didn't ship. I hope everything works out for you.

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. I was communicating with the seller before I decided to buy the LED lights as well. I had previous dealings with him and they went good so sent him the money via TransferWise like he wanted. I am happy that I got cold feet and lucky I cancelled payment. I was so close to losing that money damn.

Unfortunately, same thing happen with me! he claimed at the beginning that he shipped the package and provided me with tracking number that was not showing up in my country post office tracking system. Then, he claimed that the package was returned and requested me to pay for the shipping again! After paying him for the next time, he disappeared and did not respond to my emails for almost a month!

Luckily, I paid him through wire transfer with official bank accounts.

I have his name, address and bank account. He is from Hungary and he is working in Slovenia.

I am already in contact with Hungarian police to open a case against him.

I will share all communication docs (PMs and emails) along with bank transfer receipts to the police.

I hope he will respond or the police get my money back.

I really hope that once your actions proceed further he either ships out the headlights immediately or refunds the money, unfortunately as you've read I'm in your same position and will have to do the same you did if he doesn't follow through.

And why u people still sending wire transfers? Wire transfers are non refundable! If someone you dont know asks for wire transfer run away ! Its scam !

Sounds like everyone in here that bought the lights has taken an L. NEVER send money through wire transfer for goods, EVER. Automatic red flag for a scam.

I've actually never heard of iTrader before, I wish I would of known about it before

I meant I based it on his positive feedback based on his reputation score on the forum, either way I'm not giving up but did learn a hard lesson
