Missfire Cylinder 5
Hi everyone,
My name is Angel from Dominican Republic. I have ran into a situation and getting the codes you see attached on this thread. 140001- Misfire, several cylinders: injection is cut out 140010 - Combustion misfires, several cylinders: detected 140501 - Combustion misfire, cylinder 5: Fuel injection is switched off 140510 - Combustion misfire, cylinder 5: detected I changed everything from spark plugs to coilpacks to all the injectors and the problem still persists, even the LPFP Compression looks good. Any advice or guidance of similar situation, I would appreciate it. Car before corona virus and country was in lockdown, ran perfectly fine. Right now it will stutter around 2-3k rpm, I left off and than I can smash the pedal and car will be fine for a while, until turn off and repeat the process above. It does this on ignite 114 gas/map and even on stock map with 93 oct. Built engine EOS intake manifold GC+ turbos Interchiller 1000cc injectors Fuel it Stage 4 Many more other parts. Still nothing. Bienvenido hermano, que tune tienes y que gap en las bujias?
Limpia el MAF por si acaso ta sucio. Tambien chequea el voltaje de los primeros sensores de O2 para el STFT o LTFT? La bujia esta seca o mojada en cylindro #5?

Yaaa you're running out of LPFP fueling. Then because of that the HPFPs can't reach target.
Your mods list has PI and GC+ but no upgraded LPFP with piggy-back pump and Hobbs Switch. Time to add the LPFP and Hobbs. After this straightens out the HPFP, LPFP and STFT, hopefully your Lambdas come together too. Plug gap might be a little tight on Cyl4 but that's minor...it cleans up at high RPM.

Ive had a similar issue. Turns out the rolling anti lag messed up my injectors. I changed the injectors, new 2 step colder spark plugs as well as ignition coils. Try to make sure all the ground wires for the injectors are still securely tight. Add LPFP Act to you logs and see if the rail pressure is dropping below 50 at idle.
