Is this sort of wear on the bolster normal?

2018 F80 ZCP with 3500mi, seems excessive...? Passenger seat.

That ain't wear, that's someone crushed the seat. And it should go away.

It hasnt been crushed, car has 4k miles on it and only a few hundred have involved a passenger.
