2019 Bmw M3 Zcp

Gents,

So as I have hinted in another thread, I have purchased a brand new car.

I recently went to the BMW sales event with the intention of just having a sticky beak. Long story short, a bit of toing and froing and testing the waters, I ended up at a change over price I couldn't refuse and now I have myself a brand new 2019 M3 Competition Pack in Mineral White.

Now some of you are aware my previous ride was a 2016 MW M3 non-ZCP. I always loved that car but I purchased it just before the ZCP was released and ever since then I had always felt wanting and jealous of the ZCP cars for various reasons and it kind of took away some of the appeal for me in my car.

So when this opportunity came along to get into the seat of a brand new one, I jumped at the chance. Then you add the goodies of the newer model with those killer headlights and updated iDrive (plus the privacy glass which I also prefer). It now ticks every box for me and is a completely different feeling when I drive it!

Now I only took 1 pic so far and that was at delivery, but I'll give it another wash this weekend and I'll get up as many pics as I can but for now hope you enjoy.

Wow nice that's awesome. Is it much different to drive cf the LCI non zcp? I have the same as your old car! How much was the changeover?! Must've been a cracking deal!

2019? I thought M3 model year ended 2018.

Nice choice. You won't be disappointed. Got a mod list yet? Code off auto stop/start, code valves open, get some GT4 canards....

Good choice mate! I hear they're doing good deals on the CS at the moment! Was that part of the thought process as well ?

Congratulations mate. Great choice.Seems the ZCP adds more than just a few kW over the "standard" M3. Overall withg the sound, the updated headlights, it brings it bang onto a top shelf option.

Haven't had a whole lot of time to drive it yet but so far you can feel the difference in even general driving. When u turn into a corner, u can feel the car is more direct in it's behaviour. Going around sweeping bends, the car feels a lot more stable and flat. Even with the 20s, the suspension feels like it absorbs bumps better.

It was one of the very last to come off the production line, late 2018 but compliance date is Jan 2019.

Mods I have in mind would consist of coding, M-Perf suspension, AA midpipe. But for now I need to sus out a good detailer in Melbourne to get some paint protection, any suggestions?

I did consider it but the CS didn't really fit my criteria. I know it's a cracker of a car but I don't track my cars and to downgrade the interior would bother me. I love my bells and whistles. So this car is a good compromise.

For those interested in the change over price PM me. I can't help with a purchase price as everything was done in 1 transaction.

Well done on the new car mate!

I purchased a 19' complied Nardo grey zcp in late January, Bloody love it!

I have just installed Tractive TT suspension and it is amazing! You should seriously consider it, its all plug and play EDC suspension. It transforms the M3, it's not cheap but nothing good in life is.

In no particular order:

- Coding
- M Perf Suspension

Don't really need to touch anything else for now, car is pretty complete.
