Optimum Tire Size For 20" Wheels

Hey peeps, I know this has been covered to death but I seriously cannot read another hundred threads to get a good answer. Too many wheel sizes and all.

So here is my question...I need to know what would be the best tire size to go with running PS4S Tires for the following setup:

2018 M4 lowered with KW coilovers

20 X 9.5 ET 18
20 X 11 ET 37
